James Allison

Before joining the team in 2009, James had his own coaching practice that he has since seamlessly transitioned into his role at Building Champions. He also worked in the non‐profit sector for nearly 20 years, founding, building, and leading organizations from the ground up, and has seven years experience in retail management.

A gifted communicator and leader, James was able to combine his strategic planning skills with his passion to see people change, to create environments that allowed both organizational and personal growth for his teams.
